wait方法，返回一个promise，参数：
1. 选择器，用于等待一个元素
2. 第二个参数为查询超时时间(次数)，10表示查询十次/一秒，默认值为Infinity
3. 第三个参数为查询频率，默认300ms
4. 第四参数为boolean，是否需要等待内容，默认值为false
sleep方法，返回一个promise，参数为毫秒。用于等待一定的时间
genBadgedFavicon 异步函数，反正新的添加标识的 icon。参数 url: 原icon链接，env: 环境，color: 颜色
