Deletes stamps on comment sections. In addition, changes the comment section’s default linear mode to threaded mode on comment sections in group pages.

Notice for users who used to use version 3.0.3 or previous

The comment section’s mode was changed form linear mode to threaded mode. With this change, I separeted the part about design of the comment section into the user style (user CSS)
