This script is... functional. It's not great, but it works (probably).

WARNING: The script will start removing entries as soon as you open the page linked in step 3 below, no confirmation will be asked.

GUIDE:

1. Install the script.
2. Log into YouTube if you aren't already.
3. Go to https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=WL&disable_polymer=true (or navigate to your Watch-Later playlist and click edit).
4. Get some coffee. Or something stronger. Don't let your clock tell you what to do.
5. Profit.

NOTE: I don't plan to update this script if it breaks due to changes in YouTube. I just wrote this for myself, and thought I'd share.
